Ordering
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based within the delivery area and your payment is authorised for the transaction. We reserve the right to reject any order. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed via email by us.

Delivery
Details regarding delivery of goods can be found in the Info section of our Information page. The Brass Charm Co. does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Once you have received the goods, you will assume all risks in the goods. Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date.

Price
All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packaging, details of which are provided in the Delivery section of the Information page. We reserve the right at any time to vary the prices on this website to reflect any increase in costs to us which is attributable to factors beyond our control; including, but not limited to, any variation in the cost of materials, transport, labour or other production costs, duties, taxes or any fluctuation in exchange rates.

Payment
Payment can be made online with credit & debit cards and via your Paypal account. Offline we also accept cheques & postal orders, please contact us before placing your order if you wish to pay with either a cheque or postal order. When we accept your submitted order for goods through this website, there will be a legally binding contract. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) GBP. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.

Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised or custom items unless they are faulty. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email info@thebrasscharmco.com. If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns instructions.

Returns
If an item is received which is deemed damaged, defective or faulty or not as specified on your order confirmation, please contact us at info@thebrasscharmco.com within 7 days of receipt, telling us whether you’d like an exchange, credit or refund. If you wish to return your order, you can so within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy, we shall credit the payment card with the appropriate amount.
Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. All goods must be returned in the original packaging in re-saleable condition just as received by you. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
